HDFC presentation at Cooper Union, 7 East 7th Street (between Cooper Square & 3rd Ave).Those HDFC shareholders who are still unclear of the changes that will happen with new HPD proposal to financially regulate coops under the city program might want to be at the presentation at the Cooper Union Great Hall tomorrow on the Lower East side. The HDFC Coalition will be meeting with councilman Rosie Mendez on the proposal but HPD will not be taking any questions. More details can be found on the HDFC Coalition site:

Central Harlem's CB10 will also have another housing meeting on the matter on November 28th for those who can make the later date:
