Eater just published that The Cecil at the corner of 118th and St. Nicholas will shutter at the end of December. Chef JJ will focus on the menu over at Minton's next door so all is not lost. The Cecil open ed its doors back in 2013 with rave reviews but the turn over at the higher end dining scene in New York City is also quite legendary. ReplyDeleteOh, no. Will they be closing Cecil on the Run too? Or will the kitchen at Minton's be taking over.
ReplyDeleteMost restaurants do delivery these days so Minton's will probably be no different. We will update everyone in the beginning of the year.
