The New Yorker recently created this amazing mini documentary on Charle's Coutnry Pan Fried Chicken that really captures the spirit of the iconic Harlem eatery and the changes in the neighborhood. on a slow day day about 1,500 pieces are served up to hungry local fans and that number doubles over the weekend. Charles has been by 151st Street for the past twenty years but a branch will be opening soon on FDB by 132dn Street: LINK
