BESPOKE KIDS: ANDY WARHOL PRINTMAKING

Saturday, February 4th, 11:00am, Andy Warhol Printmaking Workshop at The Museum of the City of New York, 104th Street and Fifth Avenue. Free with Museum admission. Learn about the work of artist Andy Warhol, featured in the exhibition Gay Gotham: Art and Underground Culture in New York, which brings to life the queer creative networks of New York in the 20th century. Explore Warhol’s iconic pop paintings and prints of the early 1960s, then create your own reusable printmaking block to make colorful artwork to take home with you!

Family programs are free with Museum admission and for members, geared to families with children ages 6-12 years old, and include a snack. Programs are designed for adults and children to complete the activities together.  Registration suggested, though not required: LINK
