NIMBY reveals that 75-units of affordable housing will be arriving on FDB between 128th and 129th Street. The abandoned lot and supermarket on 8th Avenue has been an eyesore for quite some time and a 15-story rental building will be rising this year if all goes to plan. Another supermarket will open at the lower floor and all apartments will go through the standard housing lottery system. City Council has to make the final approval and demolition permits have not been filed as of yet. More on NIMBY:
