EAT: SMALL PLATES AT BELLE ON ACP
We tried to get a spot for dinner at Belle on 7th Avenue by 139th Street on a recent weekend night and the tiny 12-seater was already at full capacity. Belle is one of the few better dining options to open by the Strivers Row neighborhood and has now focused on an a la carte menu of smaller plates versus the original fixed menu concept. This chef-owned restaurant is just a long bar facing an open kitchen and uptowners appear to be embracing the concept of the intimate dining experience. More on Belle can be found in our past post: LINK
