READ: BARYSHNIKOV MOVES TO HARLEM
The Post broke the news last week that legendary ballet dance Mikhail Baryshnikov just purchased a pre-war three bedroom a few blocks north of Central Park on 7th Avenue for $1.4 million. Apparently the iconic dancer and his wife decided to sell their $4 million home in Rockland County with the intent to move back into the city. This part of Adam Clayton Powell is probably one of the most architecturally intact areas of the boulevard and is only a block away from the FDB commercial corridor which probably makes it appealing for deal seekers out there.
