EXERCISE: THE MORNINGSIDE PARK WALK
Those out there who hate cardio might just want to take a nice stroll in the park to get a bit of scenic exercise instead. There are now markers with various distances within the green space starting at 110th Street and walking the full length up to 123rd Street is about 2/3 of a mile. Those taking it easy will probably just burn 50 calories or so with the shortest walk but the other levels cover longer distances for those who want more of a challenge.
