Island Burgers opened its third outpost in Manhattan last year on Broadway just a block south of 125th Street but things appear have gone in the wrong direction. The eatery which started out in Hell's Kitchen offers up a wide variety of burger options which seemed to be a great concept but the restaurant never appeared to be very busy on any given day. With that said, the interior is quite large and fully finished which could easily be converted to another eating establishment. More on Island Burgers can be found in our past post:
