he 116th Street Cinco de Mayo block festival, East 109th Street – Between Second & Third Avenue. One of the great things about living uptown is the various food cultures and we always make it over to East Harlem to check out what's being served up during Cinco de Mayo weekend. The blocks between Second and Third Avenue are filled with various vendors of which included many food stands. Check out the CB11 website for more details:
