Harlem Bespoke: The outdoor sunday market at La Marqueta called Vendy Plaza started up in 2015 and returned in 2016 but currently no opening date has been announced for this side of the year. There had been a lot of excitement for the historic open-air retail space underneath the Park Avenue tracks by 116th Street but somehow things are not moving forward from what we can see. A few
