Harlem Bespoke: The six-story new construction at 11 West 126th Street has had all of the scaffolding removed out front this summer and now the facade has been exposed for all to see. Research online shows that this will be the first passive condo building in Manhattan which means everything will be energy efficient and environmentally friendly. There does not appear to be marketing material online as of yet but the architectural firm appears to have some additional information:
