Harlem Bespoke: The Columbia University forum building broke ground at the corner of 125th Street and Broadway just over a year ago and now a new milestone has been achieved at the construction site.  It appears that the 3-story conference center at the $7 billion new Columbia University Manhattanville campus had topped off a couple of months back and now the facade finishes are being added on to the building. A finish date in 2018 appears to be an achievable goal at this point in time but there is still much to accomplish at the ambitious satellite campus in the years to come. Check out the final rendering of the forum in our past post: LINK 2017
