Harlem Bespoke: Number 127 West 120th Street has been on the market for the past year now and has had quite a few changes in asking price. When the 3-family brownstone in the Mount Morris Park Historic District arrived on the market in 2016, everything was going for $3.6 million but would soon increase to $3.825 million by the first quarter of this year. By April, the price went down to $3.75 million and landed back at $3.6 million last month. The interior probably needs some updating in certain areas but the location just 5 blocks from the express trains and the new Whole Foods will probably be of interest to those looking for an uptown brownstone.
