SHOP: GANACHE COFFEE ON FDB

Harlem Bespoke:  We received a couple of tips that a new coffee shop will be opening on FDB by 120th Street and the above photo was recently sent over.  Ganache Coffee now appears to really be happening and official signage has been place up out front.  Usually this means things have really come along and an opening should be happening soon in the next couple of months or so.
Some might Remember that Honeycomb Burgers originally planned to open at this storefront several years ago but only had posters on the windows for a short time period: LINK

    The most recent building permits on this location expired more than 5 years ago -- back when it was supposed to be a burger joint. The space seems very large for a coffee shop. Is there any reason to think this is really going to happen?
