Harlem Bespoke: Construction for the new development at 99 Morningside started up about a year ago and now a couple of floors are finally rising up quickly. We walked by the former church property by 123rd Street this past week and noticed a lot of progress on the corner block on the north edge of Morningside Park. A completion date was initially set for December 2017 but the 11-story building might only top off by that time if all goes well.
