ARCHITECTURE: NEW ON ST. NICHOLAS AVENUE
Harlem Bespoke: The lot over at the corner of 847 St. Nicholas Avenue now has some plywood out front which made us wonder what was actually being built. As can be seen in the lower photo, a 7-story affordable residential building has been planned for the site and fits in quite nicely with the surrounding architecture. This corner at 152nd Street is by the Sugar Hill Historic District and it only makes sense that any new construction blends in with the neighboring blocks.
