Harlem Bespoke: Number 41 St. Nicholas Place by 152nd has been abandoned for quite some time but recently had scaffolding place up out front. So what's going on? We always thought that the property was a commercial unit but it turns out to be a residential based on DOB paperwork. A permit has been filed for brick repair out front but a full restorations still appears to be out of reach for the landmark building on Sugar Hill.
