Harlem Bespoke: An article in
YIMBY announced that demolition is in the future for two combined brownstones at 168 West 136th Street. Apparently a developer has been signed on to eventually build a new 8-story residential building on this block just east of Adam Clayton Powell. Permits have only been filed for the planned construction at this point in time but things will most likely move forward in the coming months. More details on YIMBY:
