Saturday,
October 28th, 12:00PM, the
Halloween Pet Costume Parade 2017 at Convent Garden, 152nd Street and St. Nicholas Avenue. The neighbors on Sugar Hill throw at Halloween pet parade every year which is a great way to meet neighbors and socialize with the pooches. Prizes will be awarded to the best costume and humans can also enter a barking contest!
