Harlem Bespoke: Number 101 Morningside Avenue has been steadily rising over at the corner of 123rd Street this past year and now even more progress is at hand. The development already has six floors finished at this point in time but there will actually be 11-stories all together when things finish up. An original complete date of December 2017 does no longer appears to be relevant but the new construction should be ready by the summer of next year.
