Harlem Bespoke: Ground breaking for 313 West 121st happened about a year ago and now it appears that a lot of progress has come about. We walked by the location of the former empty lot this past week and noticed that 4-stories have risen thus far. There will be 8 floors in total when all finishes up at the new construction site located just west of St. Nicholas Avenue and we expect the development to be sold as condos based on the final rendering posted on the plywood:
