Harlem Bespoke: The building rising up at 313 West 121st Street by St. Nicholas Avenue appears to be making major progress. This 8-story new construction has a dramatic design that will soon be covered glass in the months to come. There will reportedly be 6 units within when all finishes up and we expect that the apartments will eventually be available on the condo market. Check out the final rendering in our past post: LINK
