INTRODUCING: NEW SUBWAY TRAINS IN 2020

Harlem Bespoke:  It appears that the trip uptown on the A Train will have a different look in a couple of years or so.  The MTA has announced that 535 trains made by Kawasaki in Japan will roll out in the city by July 2020 which is not too far in the near future.

Over $3.7 billion will be eventually spent if all works out and a total of 1,612 new models will arrive in town if the first batch works out.  With the looks of thinks to come, the commute will probably become even quicker on the super fast A express lines and most uptowners will definitely appreciate the upgrade.  More details on Time Out New York: LINK
