Harlem Bespoke: We revealed the rendering for 15 West 119th Street back in 2015 and now it appears that the rental building has been completed. This 6-story development reportedly has a total of 16 units and is adjacent to the Mount Morris Park Historic District just west of Fifth Avenue. Apparently the facade is made of limestone with Ipe wood detailing along with some smart looking balconies. As far as new constructions go, this one has contemporary look that has a more interesting design than some of the plane rectangle boxes that have been popping up elsewhere.
