Harlem Bespoke: Those shopping Sugar Hill Market this coming Sunday will be able to meet the three siblings who started up Harlem's only artisan chocolate company. The Maloney brothers actually grew up on a farm in Trinidad but now work with organic cacao growers in Madagascar, Ecuador and Peru. Sol Cacao pure chocolate only has two ingredients (cacao plus sugar) and the complex taste of the cacao really shines through in the artisan offering.
