CONSTRUCTION: 411-415 LENOX AVENUE

Harlem Bespoke: A Bespoke tip came in showing that plywood fences have been installed over at the corner of Lenox and 131st Street.  So what is going on?  There were concerns in the community that 12-story residential building would be built on the site and it appears that this might be the way of the future.

Apparently the 3 church-owned lots have been sold to a developer and now permits show that a full demolition of the old buildings will be coming about in the upcoming weeks.  For more on the story, check out our past post: LINK
