Harlem Bespoke: A poster announcing the arrival of Barepas has now been posted up on Amsterdam Avenue just south of 149th Street. Based on what we could find online, the new spot will basically be a wine bar of sorts featuring updated tapas dishes as the main offering. Things appear to picking up in the Heights as of late and Barepas will definitely be one to watch out for this coming spring. More details on the Barepas website: LINK
