Harlem Bespoke: The development called 17 Convent broke ground on Convent Avenue at the corner of 128th Street back in 2016 and now the facade has finishes up. All of the scaffolding has been incrementally taken down to reveal grey bricks and quite few balconies at the address located only a couple of blocks away from the express train entrance on 127th Street. These new condos are apparently going for $818K to $1.45 million for 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom units based on the the official website information:
