Harlem Bespoke: The historic Alhambra Ballroom on 7th Avenue at the corner of 126th Street finally finished up its restoration in the past month. All of scaffolding and netting out front are gone revealing a one of Harlem's most notable addresses that is now up for commercial lease. Cornices have been replaced up top and it also appears that the storefront has been revised to an all-glass model. A major anchor tenant for the 78,000-square foot space will benefit from the location which is one block away from the express trains and in the middle of Harlem's main retail corridor. Whole Foods, Victoria Secret, H&M, Aldo and Mac cosmetics are some of the notable commercial neighbors. More on this Alhambra can be found in our past post:
