CONSTRUCTION: THE VICTORIA THEATRE 2018

Harlem Bespoke: It has been over years since the ground breaking of the Victoria Theatre development an not much has changed since the demolition of the back end.  Summer 2019 appears to be the new finish date so a lot has to start happening for the 26-story tower to finish up on time. There are not a lot of hotels in the neighborhood anymore so the arrival of the Mariott should bring in more business and jobs while the affordable housing component will provide much-needed apartments to the neighborhood.
