LGBT: BOXERS ARRIVING IN THE HEIGHTS

Harlem Bespoke: We just received a press announcement from Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate announcing that Boxers NYC has secured a 15-year lease in Washington Heights.  As many know, the popular downtown gay bar has locations in Chelsea, Hell's Kitchen and recently opened on the Upper East Side.

Boxers' location in Washington Heights will be at 3820 Broadway at a 2,400-square-foot commercial space at the corner of 159th Street which is quite an ideal uptown annex.  This location is just only slightly north of Hamilton Heights and thus is a good juncture for the two neighborhoods which currently does not have an LGBT social spot.  The trains station at 157th Street is also just a block away which make the new address an accessible destination spot for local night life.
