The Rennie development at 7th Avenue and 137th Street had rentals originally planned but now news has come about announcing that condos will be forthcoming instead. This new construction inspired by the demolished Renaissance Ballroom will still be going 80 percent market rate and 20 percent affordable with the new plan which will start at around $400K on the lower end.
