Harlem Bespoke: An art gallery just opened up on the 139th Street Strivers Row corner storefront facing FDB but now a tip has come in revealing that a bookstore will possible be next for the 138th Street side. This will be one of the smaller New York City chains that surprisingly still exist but has a local feel to it. With that said, there is not a lot of retail diversity in the area and thus a bookstore should do rather well in this old school part of town.
