Harlem Bespoke: The church that was at 145 West 110th Street at Central Park North was demolished almost 4 years ago and now it looks like some activity has finally happened on the site. A Bespoke tip came in showing workers active on the vacant lot and there is actually rendering of the new building posted on the plywood.
According to previous reports, an 11-story development with 24 apartments will end up on the site and we suspect that these will probably be condos. Hopefully all finishes up quickly this time around since many have been wondering on why lot has been inactive for so long. More in our past post:
