BESPOKE: AN EGRET AT MORNINGSIDE PARK
Harlem Bespoke: There used to be a wild turkey living in Moriningside Park years ago and now another fancy fowl appears to have made way to uptown's green space. We are not bird experts but immediately thought that a heron arrived to pond to hang out with the turtle by 114th Street. It turns an egret is a type of heron that fits the above description since all of the plumes are white. Apparently there are some fish in the little pond since these wading birds are mostly pescatarian in nature. The aforementioned turkey did not stick around for a long time so make sure to make way over to the park to get a glimpse of the unique visitor.
