Harlem Bespoke: It appears that 101 Morningside Avenue by 123rd Street has finally topped off. Construction started a couple of years ago and 11 floors are now all in place. As previously mentioned, the location faces Morningside Park and is also just around the corner from the express trains on 125th Street which will a major incentive for future condo buyers looking in the area.
