Harlem Bespoke: There has been more activity over at the Mink Building at 461 West 126th Street as of late but we still do not know what is going on with the former beer factory building by Amsterdam Avenue. Another floor has been rising over at the annex and more scaffolding has been placed up on site which might mean that some ambitious plans are finally happening. Past DOB permits had mentioned that 9 floors will be completed when all finishes up but it is unclear if this and the rumored hotel will actually be coming about:
