Harlem Bespoke: The scaffolding is finally coming down at 324 West 125th Street at the corner of St. Nicholas Avenue. This new storefront still does not have an anchor tenant but the location right by the express subway train entrance is quite ideal for any big box retailer. Trader Joe's would be a good fit in our opinion but nothing has been confirmed quite yet. Check out our past post to see the old building that used to be at this address:
