Harlem Bespoke: A Bespoke reader sent in the above photo of 300 West 122nd and it looks like there has been some activity on the construction site. There used to be a parking garage building on the lot that was demolished a couple of years ago but some financial issues stalled the development. New permits for the 13-story development have been approved this side of the year so more residential units could be arriving in the near future.
