Harlem Bespoke: Construction has finally started at the abandoned lot at 2171 FDB by 117th Street. Plans for a new development at the address were revealed about 3 years ago but nothing has happened on site until this week.
Construction workers and machinery were in full action this week and there was even a rendering of the new building on the plywood fence. DOB permits reveal that 8 floors will be rising at this corner of the neighborhood in the near future and 14 residential units will be available soon after.
