Harlem Bespoke: There used to be an empty lot at 116 West 127th Street but a lot of construction has been happening on site in the past year or so and now a new building has been revealed. The developers decided to go modern with the architecture this time around and also used contrasting white brick. This 2-family home by Lenox Avenue should be up on the market in the coming months but it is still unclear if the Number 116 will a go the rental route or be sold as a condo.
