Harlem Bespoke: The commercial building by Whole Foods on 125th Street and Lenox has quickly risen in the past year but now new, vertical additions appear to be the order of the day. When renderings
were first revealed of the Victoria's Secret address, most expected a low-rise structure of three floor or so but now things are going a bit higher. It appears that the air rights might have been sold to the building going up behind the retailer since the aforementioned development has somewhat integrated with 125th Street construction. From what we can see, Victoria's Secret should be opening soon but may do so before everything else finishes up.
