INTRODUCING: CANNABIS COFFEE AT HAMILTON'S
Harlem Bespoke: The cannabis movement has arrived at one Harlem coffee shop and we stopped by to see what all of the fuss was about. Apparently the kids are going crazy for CBD oil which are legal and derived from cannabis plants. Hamilton's Eatery on Broadway just south of 146th Street has hot or cold brew using the novelty ingredient and a small ice coffee will cost you around $8 each. So how was it?
Well CBD oil pretty much has the taste of what weed smells like which is basically burnt grass. It really is an acquired taste but we did get a bit of a buzz after finishing a third of the drink. Based on the literature posted within the store, CBD oil is not psychoactive so those who try it will not go on one of those bad trips but will naturally be calm and less anxious which could help out those suffering from insomnia. A hot coffee might be a little cheaper so those on budget might want to try that route when visiting the local eatery. More on Hamilton's in our past post: LINK
