Harlem Bespoke: Construction at 101 Morningside by 123rd Street has taken its time this summer but some additional information on the development can be found on the architects' site. Aufgang Architects designed the 36,000 square feet building which will have 22 units when finished up. We were not sure if these would be rental or for sale but the website clearly states that condos are the main feature. We especially like the location facing Morningside Park because it is also just a couple of blocks away from the express trains on 125th Street and the FDB commercial corridor.
