Harlem Bespoke: Chef Joseph Johnson's new restaurant at 109 Lenox appears to be coming along since a public notice for a wine and beer license had been posted at the end of July. The star chef who put The Cecil on the map has now ventured out on his own and has come up with a more affordable international concept which will feature global grains as the base for the menu. We suspect that the eatery might just be called Ingrained since the above paperwork has revealed this moniker. More on this development can be found in our past post: LINK
