ARCHITECTURE: 17 CONVENT AVENUE

Harlem Bespoke:  All of the scaffolding has been removed at 17 Convent Avenue and the new construction by 128th Street now only has the plywood fence out front.  There used to be an overgrown lot at this corner of West Harlem so the modern new building nicely fills up the space. We are not usually big fans of balconies but geometric nature in this residential design somehow makes it look all balanced.  With all that said, this building is also ideal because the express train entrance on 127th Street and St. Nicholas Avenue is only a block away.
