Harlem Bespoke: It has been almost a year since 847 St. Nicholas Avenue broke ground and the new development at the corner of 152nd Street appears to have topped off. This used to be an abandoned lot for as long as we can remember therefore the construction is a welcome addition to the Sugar Hill block. The surrounding area is a historic district so the architecture of 847 St. Nicholas Avenue has a more classic feel to it:
