Harlem Bespoke: We walked by the corner of 116th just east of FDB last week and noticed that the 7-Eleven at that location has shuttered. All of the signage except the window logo had already been removed from the store that just debuted a couple of years ago. The convenience shop had been opening up locations all over Manhattan but this intersection of Harlem did not seem to work out. With that said, the address is right by a train stop and the trendy Frederick Douglass Boulevard commercial corridor is just around the corner so the retail space is still very ideal.
