Harlem Bespoke: News broke out over the weekend that one of the two wining tickets for the national Powerball lottery had been purchased at a bodega on the corner of Fifth Avenue and 126th Street in Central Harlem. The West Harlem Deli Corp is also on the same block as the new Shake Shack under construction but would otherwise be unnoticed by most walking down the street.
